What to Expect On Your Service Day

Arrival Notification

Our friendly 2marrows® technicians will text you 60 minutes before arriving. You don’t need to be home during service, but please ensure we have clear access to the cleaning area and that no aggressive dogs are in the yard. This helps us provide smooth, efficient service every time.

Cleaning Your Yard

Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and get to work clearing all the dog waste. 2marrows® team members follow a precise walking pattern to reduce the chance of missing anything, making multiple passes through your yard to ensure it’s completely clean and waste-free.

Safety Procedures

After your yard is completely waste-free, your 2marrows® technician will upload a photo of your securely closed gate to confirm your pets stay safely inside. All scooping equipment is then sanitized with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness, helping keep every dog safe and healthy.

Pet Waste Disposal

Depending on your location and local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the waste and place it in your trash can or load it into the service truck for disposal through Waste Management. In select areas without a trash can available, the waste will be double-bagged and left neatly on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal while staying compliant with local guidelines.

Pet Safety

We disinfect all equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade cleaner after each visit to help prevent the spread of germs and illness.

Customer Portal
